Something new for me to try

Depression is hard... harder than anything else I have ever faced. Im back to being at my lowest and really dont see any positives coming my way. I have had several panic attacks recently and my anxiety levels are through the roof. Just not coping with anything life throws at me right now. So trying these new herbal tablets and I have a doctors appointment Friday too.  Worth trying at least....

Sad day for the world.of music

Its such a sad day for the world of music and film. Yet another legendary person lost his battle with cancel. David Bowie,  who was the Goblin King in Laberinth has passed on.
